Return Policy

Once delivered and accepted, items are returnable within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s) and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges, our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Product Arrives Damaged

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us.

Our delivery team will place the items in the room of your choice. Upon delivery, they will present you with an invoice to sign as proof that you have received and paid for your items. You will receive a copy to keep for your own records. You are then responsible for any assembly that is required and the discarding of any packaging or boxes. Most items require light assembly. BestBuyFurnitureDirect’s delivery team is not responsible for the assembly of any items and bargaining is not an option at the time of delivery. All the tools you will need and directions for assembly are packaged with the items inside the boxes. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. If you need special assistance, assembly can be arranged for an additional fee. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.
